• MISSION

  Liverpool City has the potential to be the best city in NSW if not Australia!

  Proper planning and assessment is crucial.

  High rise development in the CBD cannot be taken lightly and important consideration needs to be given with regards to infrastructure and community services.

  Currently the traffic conditions in the Liverpool CBD are horrendous. Traffic conditions approaching Liverpool in almost every direction is out of control and needs urgent attention.

  The current mismanagement and total waste of rate payers money is simply not acceptable.

  Millions are being spent on ‘Projects’ that do not make any sense at all.

  It is about time that the people of Liverpool stand up and be heard.

  Why does the current Mayor need to be on a salary of $85,000 and why did he increase his Car Allowance to $50,000 and why do we have to pay for it to be washed every 2 weeks?

  If you follow our Facebook page you will see that we have asked many questions, however Ned Nader Mannoun refuses to address any of them.

  The rate payers of Liverpool work hard to pay their rates. They deserve to know where their money is being spent.

  They also deserve to have their money spent properly for the overall wellbeing and benefit of Liverpool.

  Wasting our money and feathering your own nest or the nests of your friends is not in the best interests of Liverpool and is not acceptable, it must stop now!

• PETER’S PROMISE

  If he is elected as Mayor he will not take an initial salary, nor will he require a company vehicle.

  These immediate funds of $135,000.00 are to be deposited into a charitable association for Peter to assist the homeless and less fortunate of Liverpool.

  Peter has been very fortunate in his life and he genuinely wants to help the community.

  He intends to have regular fund raising events and charitable events to raise funds to be applied towards the assistance of the homeless and less fortunate of Liverpool.

  Peter will put a stop on money wastage and will consult with the community to help make Liverpool a better place for all.

  Job creation in our city is crucial, and even more important is the maintaining of current jobs and businesses to ensure there ongoing survival and success.

  Giving away $1.00 leases to coffee shops without a DA approval or tearing down important parts of our history is not acceptable.

  Peter Maatouk has an open door policy and encourages all Liverpool Residents who have any issues with Council or their local community to attend his office at 82 Terminus Street Liverpool NSW 2170 and to discuss ways how he can assist you.

  • Cancer victims that cannot afford treatment or assistance.

  It is Peter’s vision to provide funding to assist in housing, accommodation, food and basic living essentials to those who need it most.

  We want to hold BBQ or soup kitchen nights to feed those who cannot afford to feed themselves.

  There are many people who suffer in silence in Liverpool and we as a community need to band together and appreciate what we have and help those who are not as fortunate as us.
